Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Mojuraa Furniture. We’ve always prided in the manufacturing of our upholstered sofa. All our products are fully packaged and will be handled by professional third-party delivery carriers. Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe and reliable delivery services. You will receive tracking numbers when the items ship out. Minor assembly might be required.

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States. At this time we don’t ship internationally, to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii. And also we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charge of $269 for other states in USA. The price you see is the price you need to pay. Your order may be shipped in several boxes that depends on the sofa set includes.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Mojuraa Furniture is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME
Orders are typically fulfilled at our distribution center within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order shipped out, and then you could track your order in this link--https://mojuraa.com/pages/order-tracking. Please be aware that tracking information may take up to 72 hours to populate. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing times may be delayed. Please allow additional days for fulfillment and transit.

FRONT DOOR OR CURBSIDE DELIVERIES ONLY
Mojuraa Furniture and its shipment carrier partners do not offer in-home delivery or assembly. Please be present for the delivery of your order. If your order is being shipped via Fedex, the order will be left at the front door of the shipping address specified on your order. If your order is being shipped via LTL freight carrier, the order will be left at the curb at the end of your driveway. The LTL freight carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change your address after placing an order please get in touch with us ASAP so that we can edit the info in our system before it ships. Keep in mind that once your shipment is on the way, it becomes more difficult to reroute it. Of course, we’ll do whatever we can to assist, however you may be responsible for rerouting charges.

DAMAGES & LOST SHIPMENTS
Please be present for the delivery of your order, inspect the package(s) for damage before signing for and accepting them from the shipping carrier. By signing for and accepting the package(s), you are assuming liability for the condition of the package(s) you received. Although Mojuraa Furniture may assist customers with damage issues in certain situations, this will be done entirely at its discretion.
If the shipping carrier loses your order, please reach out to us via email at vip@mojuraa.com. In the body of your email, please include the order number, tracking number, and evidence of lost shipment, including communications with the shipment carrier.

FAILED & REFUSED DELIVERIES
Mojuraa Furniture is not responsible for failed or refused deliveries that shipped back to our distribution center. We will charge a restocking fee for this condition. The restocking fee will be 50% of the total order value or shipping and order preparation cost, whichever is greater.

DO I NEED TO KEEP PACKAGING?
If you plan to return your order for any reason, we ask that you do so with the original packaging, padding materials included. Note that within the 14-day return period, original packaging is required for returns. Outside of the first 14 days, returns made without the original packaging may be subject to additional costs, which will be subtracted from your refund.

RE-ORDER AND CUSTOM
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
